[A good dodge. Then Shadow comes in with a kick but the older Shadow is ready. He uncurls and catches the leg before he uses the energy to blink them both up into the air. He twists his body, swinging Keandow around before throwing him toward the ground.]
[Fast. He's fast. Not just his movements, but his reaction time and ability to pivot at a split-second's notice. Shadow feels sluggish by comparison... how long had the older Shadow been doing this?
His body is rushing toward the ground before he knows it, and he manages to right himself to land on his feet. He doesn't hesitate, and uses that momentum to leap back into the air, ascent powered by his airskates. If the other could use his own chaos energy against him, he'd have to be more careful.
About halfway back up, Keandow disappears again, reappearing above his sparring partner, rocketing down for a jet-powered slam]
[Shadow watches Keandow nearly hit the ground but recover at the last moment. Then he is coming back up as he falls down toward him. He considers they are about to meet head on but the flash of red energy and blip, Keandow is gone. Shadow can feel the Chaos Energy and uses his own air shoe thrusters to fly down faster. Momentum is a force to be utilized to his own advantage.
He lands on the ground and quickly darts back, checking if the Keandow lands where he was going to fall or teleport again.]
[It seems like the other can predict his every move. Annoying. When the other Shadow escapes using his own jets, Keandow curses quietly under his breath and disappears again.
When he reappears, it's a good distance away, on the ground. He isn't going to beat him like this, so it's time for a different trick.
His hand crackles again with golden-orange lightning, but he releases it as several arrow-shaped projectiles instead of attacking head on. Like heat-seeking missiles, they chase after the other.
But they're intended not as a main attack, but as a distraction. After firing off the spears, he disappears again, hoping to catch the other off guard from behind]
[Shadow finds Shadow and feels the chaos energy as the chaos spears come at him. He focuses his own powers and launches bolts of lightning back at them. Energy clashing with energy and causing explosions to erupt as he skates around to buy himself time to counter the attacks. Which does give Shadow his opening from behind as he is distracted enough by the chaos spears.]
